By accessing or using CaseXcel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CaseXcel is an AI-powered case interview preparation platform. The Service provides practice cases, AI-generated feedback, peer matching, and readiness scoring to help users prepare for consulting and business interviews.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal – your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
5. AI-Generated Content
Case feedback, scores, and coaching insights are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI output should be used as a preparation aid, not as professional career advice. Scores do not guarantee interview outcomes.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not: share your account with others, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI scoring system, scrape or automate access to the Service, or use the platform to distribute harmful or illegal content.
7. Intellectual Property
Case prompts, evaluation criteria, and platform content are owned by CaseXcel. Your written responses remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use anonymized response data to improve our AI models.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. CaseXcel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to interview outcomes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
